Clipie

Clipie is a desktop and Android app made by Inshal Amir (Inshal AI, Pakistan) that turns your videos into short clips. The free plan is free forever. These terms cover using the app, buying Clipie Pro and buying Clipie Cloud minutes.

Your content

You are responsible for the videos you open in Clipie and for having the right to use, edit and publish them. Only use links and files you own or are allowed to use. Memes and sound effects in funny clips belong to their creators; make sure your use of them is allowed where you publish.

Clipie Pro

• Try before you buy: every computer gets Pro free for its first month, and after that 5 more free Pro projects. Use them to test the Pro features on your own videos; if you like Pro, buy it, and if not, you don't have to. After the month, a project uses a try when it uses a Pro feature; changing that project's clips later does not use another.
• What you get: the Pro features listed in the app, for the number of months you paid for, on the computer your license key is made for.
• How you pay: by one of the methods shown in the app (card through Payoneer, Binance Pay, US bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa). You send the screenshot and transaction ID from the app.
• Activation: we check your payment and email your license key within 24 hours. If something is wrong with the payment we tell you by email.
• No automatic renewal: Pro does not renew by itself and nothing is charged again. When your months end, Pro turns off and everything in the free plan keeps working.
• One computer: a key works on the computer whose code was in your proof email. Changing computers? Write to us and we move your key once per purchase.

Clipie Cloud minutes

• What a minute is: one minute of audio transcribed on Clipie Cloud. Each part sent is counted to the second, rounded up. Before a video starts, Clipie checks your minutes cover all of it and uses none if they do not.
• How you pay: by one of the methods shown in the app; then email the payment screenshot with your Clipie account's email address. We add the minutes to that account, usually within 24 hours.
• They never expire and work on every computer and phone you sign in on with that account.
• Failed parts are given back: a part that fails, is cancelled while waiting, or is lost because our server restarted is refunded to your account automatically.
• When the service is busy or down, Clipie transcribes on your own device instead, so your work does not stop. We do our best to keep Clipie Cloud running but cannot promise it will always be available.
• Fair use: we may turn off an account that is used to abuse the service, and then refund the minutes it had left.
• Refunds: minutes that have been used are not refundable. If minutes you paid for were not added, or Clipie Cloud does not work for you, write to us and we will fix it or refund the minutes you have not used.

No refunds

Because you can use every Pro feature free for a month, and then on 5 more projects, before paying, payments for Pro are not refundable. Please use your free tries first and buy only if Pro is right for you. If your key does not activate or Pro does not work, write to us and we will help fix it.

No warranty

Clipie is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose, and we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
